Privacy Statement for Laboratory Reports

1. Reasonable care and precaution has been undertaken by the SKIMS to ensure that security features are in place in the transmission of this electronic report, however, the possibility of any manipulation/pilferage/tampering etc of the electronic report in any manner whatsoever cannot be ruled out and SKIMS shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any such act or omission of/by anyone.

2. In case of, any discrepancy or difference between this electronic report and the original report maintained by SKIMS, either on account of reasons mentioned at point # 1 (above) or otherwise, the original report shall always be deemed to be the final and authentic and shall always prevail over this electronic report. It is advised, in the interest and for the benefit of the patient that the original report be collected/obtained by the Patient from SKIMS.

3. This electronic report is being provided online by SKIMS for the convenince of the Patients and upon the transmission of the electronic report; SKIMS shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever.
